1. Services

AlphaDog provides digital services agreed with the client in writing: website strategy, design, development, SEO texts, CMS setup, integrations, AI chat or voice agents, and business automation.

2. Scope and price

The final scope, timeline and price are fixed in a written message, invoice, proposal or agreement before work starts. Public prices on the website are starting points and may change when the project requires extra pages, integrations, content, translation or custom logic.

3. Payment

Work usually starts after prepayment. The remaining amount is paid before publication, transfer of production files or launch, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

4. Client materials

The client provides access, texts, photos, brand assets, legal details and approvals needed for the project. Delays in materials or feedback may move the timeline.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope. New pages, new functionality, major structure changes or extra integrations are estimated separately.

6. Rights and publication

After full payment, the client receives the agreed project result for business use. AlphaDog may show the work in a portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

7. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, paid APIs, CMS subscriptions, advertising accounts and AI model usage may be paid separately to third-party providers.

8. Support

Support, maintenance, content updates, AI agent tuning and development after launch are agreed separately.
