Contact data
Name, phone, messenger, email, company name, website URL and project description may be collected when you send a form or message us directly.
Service communication
We use the data to answer your request, clarify project details, prepare an estimate, send project information and support active clients.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools to understand which pages are visited, how forms perform and where the website needs improvement.
Integrations
Requests may be delivered through Telegram, email, CRM, Google Sheets, hosting logs or other tools used to process client communication.
Storage period
We keep request data only as long as needed for communication, project work, accounting, legal obligations or service improvement.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete, update or clarify your data by contacting hello@alphadog.by or Telegram @alphadog_by.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data and do not use request data for unrelated advertising resale. If a project requires third-party services such as hosting, CRM, analytics, AI APIs or payment systems, their own privacy terms may also apply.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect request data. Access is limited to people and tools needed to process the request, prepare the proposal or deliver the service.
